Settlement: $1.2 Million | Sacramento County | Nguyen v. Amerimax, et al.

It was determined through investigation and discovery that the welding machine lacked a required guard to protect against the exact injury that occurred. The manufacturer of the welding machine failed to supply that guard to the company who had purchased the machine and hired Mr. Nguyen. The case settled for $1.2 million.
