Bio

Kelsey Fischer has been with Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora following her graduation from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She has extensive trial and appellate experience in both federal and state courts handling wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury matters. Ms. Fischer specializes in the litigation of complicated legal issues, including assumption of the risk, complex product liability, insurance bad faith, mass torts, and personal injury matters with complex orthopedic and neurologic injuries.

She has a passion for protecting the rights of individuals through her work which provides an opportunity to fight for those who might otherwise not have a voice. The best part of her job is seeing her clients’ lives transformed following the resolution of their case.

Ms. Fischer attended the University of California, Davis, as a Division I collegiate golfer. She still loves to golf and enjoys many activities around the Sacramento area including runs along the American River and visiting new restaurants.
