Sean D. Wisman is an Associate with the law firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP. Mr. Wisman specializes in representing victims and their families in cases involving negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle collisions, police misconduct, assault, and battery. Mr. Wisman has settled hundreds of cases at all stages of litigation and assisted the firm in reaching dozens of six- and seven-figure settlements and verdicts. He tirelessly represents injured victims and their families to ensure they are made whole.
Mr. Wisman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 2008 and began working at the firm as a Law Clerk in 2010. While working full-time at the firm and attending the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in the evenings, he also served for seven months in 2012 as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Michael S. McManus (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California. Mr. Wisman graduated with Distinction from McGeorge School of Law, and with dual concentrations in Business Law and Tax Law.
Mr. Wisman is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and Oregon. He has held Martindale-HubbellTM peer- and client-reviewed ratings of AV Preeminent® and Platinum Client Champion*, respectively, since 2021. He has been recognized every year since 2019 as a Northern California Rising Star in Personal Injury by Super Lawyers, and was recently recognized in 2023 by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch. Mr. Wisman also serves on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California, a professional organization that represents the interests of over 39 million Californians and stands up for those seeking accountability from wrongdoers.
Mr. Wisman married his wife, Lauren, in 2020. In his spare time, Mr. Wisman enjoys cars, cooking, hiking, camping, paddling of all sorts, and otherwise enjoying the great outdoors.
