Britney D. Lucchesi

Britney Lucchesi is an associate attorney with the law firm Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP.

Ms. Lucchesi’s legal career started in 2014 working as a volunteer/intern at Legal Aid of Sonoma County. In 2016, while attending California State University, Sacramento, she began working part-time for partner Steven Campora. In addition to working and earning her degree, Ms. Lucchesi was President of Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honors Society. In 2017, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and began working full-time at the firm while attending the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law’s evening program.

In her time with Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, Ms. Lucchesi has had the privilege of working and assisting on hundreds of cases including wrongful death, elder abuse/neglect, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, assault, battery, dog bite or attack incidents, and claims against public entities. She also worked tirelessly in assisting thousands of fire victims of the 2015 Butte Fire, 2017 North Bay Fires, 2017 Thomas Fire, 2018 Camp Fire, and 2018 Wolsey Fire, resulting in several seven- and eight-figure settlements.

This wealth of experience has given Ms. Lucchesi a distinct and profound understanding of catastrophic disaster claims.
