Bio

Larry Q. Phan joined our firm in 2009 as a law clerk and has assisted the firm's partners in litigating over 100 cases, helping multiple victims obtain seven-figure results. His parents are first-generation Vietnamese Americans who immigrated to the United States to escape persecution during the Vietnam War. He is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and takes special pride in helping victims, including those in the underrepresented Vietnamese and Asian communities, who have been injured by the negligent acts of others.

He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012 and currently works as an attorney directly with Roger Dreyer and Christopher Wood representing injured victims.

    Ms. Tran was rear-ended by a city sweeper truck while stopped at a traffic signal. The back of her car was crushed and she was pushed into the car in front of her. At the scene, she was stunned and non-responsive.

  • Motor Vehicle Accident $406 Thousand

    On February 13, 2019, a Santa Clara County Jury returned a verdict for Arlette B., a resident of Salinas in Monterey County. She was rear-ended on Highway 101 southbound by the defendant Lorico Trucking Company.

  • Rear-End Collision $250 Thousand

    After being involved in a rear-end collision with a passenger truck, Mr. Boswell was diagnosed with and treated for a fractured vertebra in his thoracic spine. He was treated at the hospital and wore an orthotic brace for several months.
