Mr. Castro is an associate attorney with the law firm Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP and prides himself on advocating aggressively on behalf of all clients.
Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Castro has assisted in the resolution of hundreds of cases, resulting in several seven or eight-figure settlements and verdicts. Before joining Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP, Mr. Castro gained valuable experience and insight from other local law firms. Most recently, Mr. Castro worked with a premier defense firm in Sacramento and learned how the best and brightest defense attorneys approach business litigation, commercial law, insurance litigation, professional liability, employment law, personal injury, consumer lawsuits, and class actions. Mr. Castro began his legal career first as a law clerk and then an associate attorney at another Sacramento-based law firm where he gained considerable litigation experience exclusively representing injured victims.
Today, Mr. Castro handles cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, civil rights violations resulting in personal injury, government tort claims, and products liability claims.
Mr. Castro graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013 where he excelled at written and oral advocacy, earning best oral advocate twice during trial advocacy and was awarded a Certificate in Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting for distinguished academic achievement. He is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of California including the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of the United States District Courts of California.
Mr. Castro firmly believes the key to securing a positive recovery for all his clients is by exercising the highest degree of diligence and hard work. Mr. Castro takes each case personally and always strives to obtain the best results possible for each client.
During his spare time, Mr. Castro enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and volunteering in any activity that benefits children. He served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program in Jacksonville, Florida. He also coaches the basketball and softball teams of his niece and nephew.
