Bob Bale and Noemi Esparza of DBBWC were recently honored by Consumer Attorneys of California for the role they played in the passage of AB 2159, which brought about a long-overdue change to California law that, when it goes into effect on January 1, 2017, will end 30 years of discrimination based on immigration status. Consumer Attorneys of California featured our firm in the September issue of Forum magazine. Here are just some of the great things going on at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora.

Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP Partner Bob Bale and Associate Noemi Esparza were part of an action which led to the recent passage and signing into law by the governor of new law, AB 2159. This overturns previous case law that was being used to limit the recoveries of injured undocumented Californians. Their selfless work will make a material difference for those who have had the least power. This once again demonstrates the efforts of this firm to protect those who do not have a voice.

Congratulations to DBBWC attorneys Bob Bale and Noemi Esparza

Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLC wishes to acknowledge Partner Bob Bale and Associate Noemi Esparza. They were recently involved in drafting and in getting legislation passed that will have a material impact on many of the victims we represent who need protection throughout our state. They both were instrumental in writing, presenting and testifying at the legislature on behalf of those who are living and working in this country who are not yet citizens and who suffer injury at the hands of a negligent party. Their committed action led to the recent passage and signing by the Governor into law, a new law; AB 2159, which overturns previous case law that was being used to limit the recoveries of injured undocumented Californians.
