Kelsey Fischer is an associate at the law firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP. Ms. Fischer began working at the law firm as a clerk in 2009 and returned following her graduation from UC Hastings College of the Law. She works with Roger Dreyer and Christopher Wood in representing injured victims and their families. She has a passion for protecting the rights of individuals because it gives her an opportunity to fight for those who might otherwise not have a voice.

Ms. Fischer attended UC Davis as a Division I collegiate golfer. As a culmination of her four-year career she was a finalist for the W. P. Lindley Award for outstanding scholar athlete. While in college and law school, she nurtured her strong interest for the policy side of the law as a member of the UC Davis Title IX Advisory Committee, an intern in Senator Barbara Boxer's D.C. office, with counsel for the California Assembly Judiciary Committee, and as an editor for the UC Hastings Women's Law Journal. She also worked as a judicial extern for Sacramento Superior Court judges and a California Court of Appeal Justice.
