Associate attorney Dan Schneiderman was born and raised in Sacramento, California, attending Jesuit High School before pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. While at UC Santa Barbara, Mr. Schneiderman interned for the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office for two years before moving to Washington D.C. to participate in the University of California, Washington D.C. program. While in D.C., Mr. Schneiderman worked for the Attorney General's Office for the District of Columbia, where he actively investigated and helped prosecute misdemeanor cases.

After graduating from UCSB, Mr. Schneiderman, an avid surfer and spear-fisherman, moved to San Diego, California. He lived and worked in San Diego until he received his acceptance to King Hall School of Law at the University of California, Davis in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Schneiderman dedicated himself to learning the intricacies of trial advocacy. He competed and excelled in a number of mock trial and moot court competitions, earning a position on King Hall's prestigious Trial Practice Honors Board.

In 2011, Mr. Schneiderman clerked for Jonathan Hayes, Esq., a partner at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP. Mr. Schneiderman left the firm in 2012 to join the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, where he interned until graduating from King Hall in 2013. In December 2013, District Attorney Jan Scully swore Mr. Schneiderman in as a Deputy District Attorney for Sacramento County.

As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Schneiderman prosecuted a number of cases involving a variety of serious criminal offenses. These cases gave him the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in trial advocacy and public speaking. Even now, he continues to grow in these fields by lecturing at his alma mater and judging local mock trial and moot court competitions.

In 2014, Mr. Schneiderman left the District Attorney’s Office to pursue a career in civil litigation. He is now an associate at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, and he continues to look for opportunities to develop and grow as a civil litigator. Mr. Schneiderman has already had significant success trying a number of high profile cases. Between August 2014 and February 2015, Mr. Schneiderman worked with named partners Roger Dreyer and Christopher Wood to achieve jury verdicts and settlements in excess of $12.5 million in two cases that dealt with serious issues of public safety. Since that time, Mr. Schneiderman has continued to work to provide his clients with an open and transparent attorney-client relationship, while offering the best possible representation available in the field of plaintiffs’ litigation.
